Current: Senior Customer Success Manager at GitHub

I manage a $34M portfolio of federal and public sector customers, achieving 110% net revenue retention. I lead enterprise adoption of GitHub Copilot (AI-assisted development), GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC), and GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), helping organizations modernize development workflows, accelerate velocity, and strengthen security postures. As primary escalation leader for critical incidents, I partner with engineering teams on complex technical challenges while advising customers on DevSecOps implementation in FedRAMP and regulated environments.

Entrepreneurship: Founder & CEO of Big Brain Global Networks (2010-2022)

Founded and scaled a managed hosting and infrastructure services company from startup to $250K ARR serving 50+ enterprise customers across Northern Virginia, Europe, and Australia. Led 24×7 operations with 23 personnel across 4 data centers, achieving 99.99% uptime SLAs. Built relationships with local businesses and international clients, managing full P&L responsibility. Exited in 2022 to pursue larger-scale federal technology opportunities at Booz Allen Hamilton. This experience gave me deep empathy for operational challenges, the discipline of running profitable operations, and the importance of customer-focused service delivery.

Federal IT: Operations Leader at Booz Allen Hamilton (2016-2022)

Led IT service delivery operations for federal customers including DHS, Intelligence Community agencies, SEC, and CMS. Managed $1M+ operational budgets, multi-site helpdesk operations, and supported FedRAMP and CMMC compliance initiatives across 100+ enterprise systems. Built ITIL/ITSM workflows and led incident response for mission-critical federal environments.

Technical Foundation: Systems Engineer at Dominion Enterprises (2006-2016)

Built my technical foundation architecting and supporting enterprise infrastructure for major web properties requiring 24×7 uptime. Designed comprehensive monitoring solutions, developed disaster recovery plans, and executed large-scale data center migrations across multiple regional facilities.
